Daniel L. Hull is a shareholder in ABST Law. He received his B.A. degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota. He assists individuals with their estate planning and succession planning. He handles probate and estate administration matters. He also advises employers with regard to their pension plans, 401(k) retirement savings plans, health plans and other employee benefit plans. He represents businesses involved in contractual, commercial and construction disputes. He litigates personal injury and insurance claims on behalf of injured parties and defendants. He is licensed to practice law in both North Dakota and Minnesota. He has over 35 years of experience as an attorney.
