Richard P. Anderson is a founding member of ABST Law in 1981. Mr. Anderson presently serves in an “Of Counsel” capacity, practicing in the areas of corporate law, non-profit law and transportation law. He received his B.A. degree from the University of North Dakota and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Cass County Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota and the American Bar Association.
